I received a copy of our soon-to-be-released book, Global Perspectives on Sustainable Fashion, edited with Alice Payne and Evelise Anicet Rüthschilling. Published by Bloomsbury, and due in bookstores in February, it is the first book to uniquely present a global picture of sustainable fashion, and explores the ways in which national fashion industries have developed and changed to reflect the need to tackle environmental, ethical and economical issues concerned with local fashion systems.
